About the Project
Morgan Stanley BusinesScape division saw the new technology for mid size companies called Remote deposit, which was made possible by the Check 21 Act of 2004, allowing businesses to deposit their checks electronically 24/7 with out the hassle of physically transporting checks to a MS branch.
The need was to launch and communicate this service to their tar- get audience. I was hired to bring this ser- vice to market. The first step was to create a clear marketing strategy program that would not only communicate this new service to Morgan Stanley’s clients but to educate and stimulate the sales force and supply them with the proper material to launch and sell BusinesScape Remote Deposit.
